The information provided below describes, as required by the EU Regulation 2016/679, the processing operations performed on the personal data of the users (hereinafter, “Users”) visiting the NIDEK Technologies Srl websites https://www.nidektechnologies.it (hereinafter, the "Site").


1. Data Controller, Data Processing Managers and Data Protection Officer

The Data Controller is NIDEK Technologies Srl, located in 35020 Albignasego (PD), Via dell'Artigianato, n. 6/A, VAT 12543320159, e-mail privacy@nidektechnologes.it (hereinafter, the "Owner ").

The updated list of designated data processors can be provided upon request by interested users.

In the event that a Data Protection Officer is appointed, its identification data will be disclosed updating the current Privacy Policy.

The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate this web site acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.

4. Nature of the provision of data and legal basis of the processing

The collection of personal data is required to provide the services offered by the Site. For the purposes referred to in point (i), the legal basis of the processing is the fulfilment of legal obligations, pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1/c) of the Privacy Regulation; for the purposes referred to in point (ii) the legal basis of the processing is the execution of the services provided through the Site and requested by you, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1/b) of the Privacy Regulation.

 

5. To whom and in what area we can transmit your data

Your data may be communicated, within the EU, to structures, subjects, and external companies (including consultants and service providers) for the management of the Site and for the performance of related activities, instrumental or consequent to the execution of the services offered by the Site.

 

6. Data Subjects' rights

Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Owner, where appropriate, access to their personal data as well as rectification, transformation, blocking, cancellation, limitation of processing, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the Privacy Regulation.
